Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to office and operations teams

Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries

Accounts Payable and data entry

Coordinate paperwork related to field operations and job tracking

Maintain organized filing systems and records

Support process improvements as the company continues to grow
Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
